We empower the marginalized
Empowering people with various types of disabilities is a selected course to support in East and Southern African states until 2035. In these countries, there are places where individuals with disabilities are hidden in homes, missing basic education, left to stay without profession and shelter or miss an admission to the university due to lack of secondary education.
Inspiring Abilities Centers are expected to be built in the countries where there are no enough facilities for the people living with disabilities. The Inspiring Abilities Centers will host advocacy unit, peer support facilities for parents as well as the vocational training center which will be designed to host those professions that this type of the people can do and later become independent. The centers will be expected to be independent NGOs which will also work in coordination with businesses, government and academia. Inspire Network will dedicate these centers to the hard working individual or institution working to serve the right of people with disabilities and who are also living the same conditions.
As projects are large the fundraising is necessary. We appreciate any donations in order to provide possibilities in education, advocacy as well as professionalism for these marginalized groups.

Inspiring Abilities Center in Kabwe, Zambia

This NGO will be dedicated to Ms. Christine Chama, who is a person living with physical disabilities and that, she made through a difficult journey and gain the Bachelor Degree. Ms. Chama met the Inspire Network in May 2021, and from her story we decided to support the course and fund raise for the Inspiring Abilities Center concept in Kabwe, Zambia. With about a million individual living with disabilities, there are only two special schools in the country that makes this course necessary. Inspire Network will monitor this center and act as a key advisor in addition to other advisors who will be selected, to ensure the sustainability of activities as expected.
