Inspire Network was founded by Conrad Lyaruu after more than 20 years of living, studying, and working internationally.

 

Throughout his journey across cultures and countries, he encountered many challenges but also discovered the power of knowledge, opportunity, and meaningful connections. These experiences inspired him to establish a practical consultancy that helps individuals, communities, and organizations identify opportunities, build confidence, and turn ideas into action.

With over two decades of experience in international education, Conrad has coordinated educational exchanges, developed cross-border projects, secured funding, and built partnerships with institutions and organizations across all continents. He has also contributed to internationalisation efforts in education and helped create foundations for double degree cooperation between educational institutions and regional partners. In recognition of his contributions to Finnish society, he was awarded a Medal of Honour by the President of Finland in 2022.

Conrad is also the founder of Tanzania Appointments, a company that has coordinated practical placements in healthcare and social welfare for more than ten years. This experience laid the foundation for Inspire Network's future Inspiring Knowledge Tours, officially launch in fall 2026, creating new opportunities for learning, cultural exchange, and international cooperation for all types of clients.
