Each programme is fully customized to fit your needs and will include (but not limited to):

Academic visits (universities, research centers, innovation hubs)

Accommodation & Logistics

Minimum 3 star accommodation (Possibility also in approved residences, apartment hotels, lodges)
All accommodation options will be approved by participants before confirmation

Ground transportation arrangements:

Private shuttle where appropriate
Public transport in countries with efficient systems and security (travel pass included)

PRICING

A minimum of 10 participants is required for the programme to take place

Estimated cost: €3000 – €4000 per participant

Duration: Up to 2 weeks (Longer programmes are accommodated on additional costs)
(Arrival Saturday/ Sunday – Departure Saturday/Sunday)
The price includes accommodation, field visits (including fees), all ground transportation and meals
